Amaresa 1 is a 5-hectare gated community located in the City of San Jose del Monte Bulacan. It is the first development of Red Oak Properties, Goldenpine Realty and Development Inc., and Blue Mountain Properties that was launched late 2011 and sold out in 2014, offering a mix of 260 House and Lot and Lot Only units. The subdivision and its amenities were completed in 2015, four years after it started development, and turned over to the Amaresa Homeowner’s Association in 2015. It is now a community of close to 200 residents.
