WARRANTY OF PRIVACY OF BUYERS’ INFORMATION 

Red Oak Properties Inc., Mega Prestige Property Ventures Inc., Blue Mountain Properties Inc., and its stockholders, directors, officers, staff, and employees warrant that any and all information and data received from buyers and/or prospective buyers shall be used solely and exclusively for its files and that the same will not be divulged, disclosed, revealed or in any way released to any other person or entity without the consent of said buyer and/or prospective buyer, unless the same is required through the compulsory processes recognized by our laws.

It is further warranted that all information and data received in the ordinary course of its business will be treated and handled in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
